    Position Overview

    The Network Analyst maintains the integrity of our remote camera sites, by verifying the accuracy of the system through a validation process. The Network Analyst will act as the expert and delivery owner of the command centers remote network devices. This position will require strong attention to detail, a high level of quality, troubleshooting, dependability, and demonstrated priority and time management skills. This position is part of our Field Service Organization and is required to be onsite at our mesa corporate office.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with multiple internal and external teams to perform local investigations on network performance, systemic issues, and installations
    • Perform troubleshooting of network devices
    • Participate and lead onsite meetings with various business units on projects, investigations, incidents, etc.
    • Serve as a bridge between various business units, vendors, and technical staff
    • Provide proactive updates on progression of repair
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks on time, including ticket administration, communications, and follow up activities
    • Initiate internal escalations, as necessary
    • Assist peers and participate in ongoing process improvement activities
    • Practice excellent customer service
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment independently and with minimal supervision.
    • Able to recognize issues/defects that will impact implementation and monitoring
    • Effectively manage customer expectations (status and clear description of activities) 

    Qualifications

    • Ability to work and problem solve independently, as well as part of a team
    • Attend onsite trainings and conduct trainings to command center staff
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to determine the proper medium of communication based on issues at hand
    • Professionalism and the ability to work across multiple departments and different groups of people
    • Quality driven with a strong attention to detail
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet all assigned deadlines in a rapidly changing and high pressure environment
    • Strong technical proficiency, ability to learn and navigate a variety of computer systems/software
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a network operations environment, monitoring and managing of software and/or hardware infrastructures, problem management, event and fault management and incident escalations
    • Ability to calculate IP Subnets
    • Associates Degree or equivalent experience
    • Two current certifications in the following areas, Network +, CCENT, NSE, and, CCNA

     

    Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • 4-6 years of networking experience with Firewalls, Switches, IP devices, LTE wireless technologies.
    • Configuring large quantity of devices in a short time frame.
    • Experience with network tools such as wireshark, trace route, putty,
    • Understanding of photo traffic enforcement
    • Previous experience working in a Field Service support role
