    Position Overview

    Verra Mobility’s Mesa office is hiring a Vice President to oversee the Consumer Solutions Division within our Emerging Markets Business Unit. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to employees across multiple locations, resulting in exceptional service to clients and consumers. You are accountable to deliver results that support the strategies and goals of the business to achieve growth, partnerships and leverage, and will oversee all aspects of the Consumer Solutions procedures, policies, people and initiatives.

    In this role, there is an expectation of 30-40% travel.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Provide vision, strategy and guidance to the Consumer Solutions team, addressing competitive and changing market dynamics
    • Lead the current functions within Consumer Solutions – Business Development, Marketing and Product Management – and any additional functions as they are added based on success including Operations
    • Drive for results that improve efficiency and increase quality, continuously evaluating and introducing process improvement opportunities
    • Will own the P & L responsibility for the Consumer Solutions Division, achieving revenue, margin and expense objectives set forth by the Business
    • Set operational metrics and targets in alignment with client SLA’s and internal efficiency targets
    • Design and implement standards of accountability, keeping others focused on the goals established for the division / business
    • Work successfully with cross functional leaders to ensure the support of long-range strategic plans for achieving growth and profitability
    • Identify, recruit, develop and retain best-in-class talent to ensure continued strength and growth of the team


    • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; a Master’s degree is preferred
    • Minimum 10 years’ management experience, including a minimum of 5 years P & L responsibility; must be able to clearly demonstrate successes, challenges and innovative measures taken to ensure a healthy financial status
    • Must have B2C experience with B2B experience being an added plus
    • Be able to analyze a situation’s objectives and consider new ways to achieve results
    • Exemplary communications skills including preparation and delivery of presentations to all levels of internal and external audiences
    • A deep understanding of metrics/dashboards that drive an environment of accountability and culture of continuous improvement
    • Experience must include successful acquisition and integration of new processes/technologies that provide innovative, value-added solutions/services
