    Essential Responsibilities

    • Maintain knowledge of accounting rules and regulations
    • Maintain knowledge of customer invoicing and payment requirements
    • Process invoicing for all customers in all states
    • Assist with researching, analyzing, expediting client requests
    • Answer inbound calls and emails
    • Maintain a working knowledge of customer specific applications; for example SIP
    • Create and maintain processing manuals assuring cross training capabilities
    • Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner
    • Process title and registration transactions as needed
    • Assist with other tasks necessary in regards to T&R/ Emerging Markets.


    • Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field.  4 Year Degree preferred
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer billing, utilizing accounting/bookkeeping systems.
    • Proficiency with learning internal proprietary computer software applications
    • Intermediate level skill using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
    • Minimum of 30-35 words per minute typing skills 
    • Ability to analyze data to resolve routine issues utilizing analytical skills and attention to detail skills
    • Strong written, verbal communication and listening skills
    • High sense of urgency and personal initiative related to customer service and problem resolution
    • Utilizes excellent time management, decision-making and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
    • Works well in a team environment and has the ability to work with individuals from all business areas
    • Demonstrates a high level of business ethics
    • Maintains strict confidentiality regarding all matters

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Great Plains
