We are looking for an individual to fill a Violations processing position in Knoxville, TN. This position will include violation processing, handling in-bound customer service calls, as well as clerical and data entry tasks in a walk-in customer service environment with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention. This position reports within the Service Delivery, Remote Transaction Processing Group, and will report to a Team Supervisor. Work hours are anticipated to be: Monday thru Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm.
