    Position Overview

    Verra Mobility’s Bradenton office is hiring a Production Processor. This position will process Motor Vehicle Titles and Registrations by reviewing and completing legal and state-required Title/Registration documents.  The ideal candidate possesses strong critical thinking, analytic and decision making skills.  Demonstrated experience with MS-Office and other custom computer software applications is beneficial.   Practical experience with Motor Vehicle Title and Registrations, or other types of transactions/claims auditing and processing are highly desirable. 

     

    A strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is required.  This position will also be responsible for all aspects of select clients, to which may include processing, invoicing, customer service, and other duties as assigned.

     

    This position reports within the Title & Registration group based in our Bradenton, Florida facility and will report to the Production Manager.   Work hours offer/require some flexibility, but are generally anticipated to be 8 daytime hours per day, Monday through Friday.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Auditing of incoming transaction documents
    • Paperwork completion and validation for accuracy
    • Computer operations skill
    • High degree of processing accuracy
    • Preparation of data for processing using either manual or imported data entry
    • Assembling excel documents according to a template
    • Production of supplemental paperwork/files required by the state, business, and/or customer
    • Generate reports from data logged in database tables
    • Manage multiple shared email boxes in Outlook
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
    • Ability to multi-task with processes that may take days or weeks to complete
    • Able to follow multiple computer programs designed to facilitate processing of Title and Registration transactions across multiple states
    • Excellent organizational skills for both physical and electronic paperwork
    • Use deductive reasoning to troubleshoot issues by following logical steps
    • Follow documented and verbal instructions
    • Work independently, and as part of a team, also to assist others
