    Essential Responsibilities

    • Utilize a structured, disciplined, and data oriented process to identify and develop solutions that increase operating efficiency by 5-10% annually while improving accuracy and the customer experience
    • Collaborate and influence cross-functionally to drive transparency, decision making and transformational efforts across the business unit
    • Lead a team of analysts and data scientists to achieve transformational initiatives
    • Work in partnership with Market and COE leadership to design and execute processes to ensure roadmaps, progress and outcomes are well-understood across groups and initiatives
    • Drive adoption of new processes with all levels of the organization including senior leaders and front line employees
    • Design and implement robust controls/leading indicators for continuous monitoring of processes to ensure performance requirements are sustainable
    • Lead analytical efforts to identify root causes and solutions related to underperforming processes
    • Facilitate the application of LSS/DFSS Practices and Tools that empower individuals to make breakthrough improvements in the design, reliability, efficiency and functionality Verra Mobility commercial products and services


    • Minimum of 10 years' experience with increasing responsibility in the areas of business process improvement and operations
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience facilitating process improvement and lean six sigma in business operations, Experience leading Kaizen events preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in business or industrial engineering, Master’s degree preferred
    • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified, Master Black Belt preferred
    • Experience in the application of statistical methods for problem solving and identifying improvement opportunities in process performance
    • Ability to work strategically and execute through strong communication, analytical and process skills
    • Analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize and clearly communicate complex findings to focus on critical issues and actionable opportunities
    • Demonstrated ability in taking ownership and driving results. Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities
    • Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams verbally and in writing
    • Ability to manage multiple project plans in their entirety, lead works streams and track the progression of the projects simultaneously
    • Extended (50-70%) travel to operational and customer locations may be required
