    Position Overview

    The Title and Registration Clerk will be responsible for processing title and registration orders placed by our external clients. The successful candidate is administratively adept and organized with handling files and maintaining documents.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Maintaining knowledge of DMV laws
    • Precisely enters data into multiple systems to complete transactions
    • Creates accurate client bundles for both external and internal customers
    • Files, scans, organizes, and verifies both incoming and outgoing documents
    • Perform other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma
    • ADOT Certified Processor
    • Strong data entry skills
    • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and act with a sense of urgency to meet assigned deadlines in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities
    • Must be very detail oriented and process driven
    • Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer navigation skills
    • Ability to handle large volume of work while giving careful attention to detail
