Verra Mobility’s Bradenton office is hiring a Production Processor. This position will process Motor Vehicle Titles and Registrations by reviewing and completing legal and state-required Title/Registration documents. The ideal candidate possesses strong critical thinking, analytic and decision-making skills. Demonstrated experience with MS-Office and other custom computer software applications is beneficial. Practical experience with Motor Vehicle Title and Registrations, or other types of transactions/claims auditing and processing are highly desirable. A strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is required. This position will also be responsible for all aspects of select clients, to which may include processing, invoicing, customer service, and other duties as assigned. This position reports within the Title & Registration group based in our Bradenton, Florida facility and will report to the Production Manager. Work hours offer/require some flexibility but are generally anticipated to be 8 daytime hours per day, Monday through Friday.

The Sr Global Compensation Analyst is a full-time opportunity. This individual is responsible for benchmarking and evaluating the competitiveness of the company’s pay practices, including base pay, short-term, long-term incentive programs and other compensation programs. The COE Director will also be responsible for defining and deploying training for all program, project and portfolio managers to align on methodology and operating model.This person will work closely with Program Managers on demand management and staffing, making recommendations on PM assignments both in-house as well as through the vendor pool based on requests skill set needs. They will also assist in strengthening the partnerships with functions such as enterprise architecture, change management, business leaders, quality assurance and other IT delivery related functions.Finally, this person serves as the strategic arm of functions seeking innovation and continuous improvement opportunities with a goal of increasing the value of services delivered to the company. The Application Support Analyst will investigate, diagnose and resolve issues originating from Verra Mobility’s software applications. Other duties include the implementation of software releases, coordination with IT Operations to manage maintenance outages, and to manage unexpected production software/infrastructure incidents. This individual will serve a critical role within the Enterprise as the technical liaison between the software development teams, customers, and other internal technology teams.

Verra Mobility’s Mesa office is hiring a Vice President to oversee the Title & Registration Division within our Commercial Services Business Unit. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to employees across multiple locations, resulting in exceptional service to our corporate client base. You are accountable to deliver results that support the strategies and goals of the business to achieve growth, partnerships and leverage, and will oversee all aspects of the Title & Registration Division, policies, people and initiatives including full P&L responsibility.
The Vice President will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the commercial organization (account management, sales, presales and customer success/support) resulting in exceptional growth of top line sales and renewal rates for the Government Solutions Business Unit (GS BU). This role will be accountable for delivering results that support the strategies and goals of the business in pursuit of revenue attainment and pipeline growth. Moreover, the Vice President of Sales will be the key driver for developing relationships with municipalities, counties and other customers. This position will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and report directly to the Executive Vice President and General Manager for the GS BU. With this seat at the table, the Vice President will be expected to participate as a member of the leadership team crafting the future direction, growth and financial performance of the business.
The Director of Marketing will craft, execute, monitor and measure the performance of the Government Solutions business unit (BU) marketing strategy in partnership with the other departments. Tasked with developing a unified view of our current and future markets, the Director of Marketing will serve as a strategic partner and member of the Government Solutions Senior Leadership Team. Developing actionable insights in pursuit of building a robust pipeline and market awareness will be key areas of focus by leading key marketing functions such as product marketing, digital marketing, video/graphic design, PR/Communications and tradeshows. Specifically, you will gather market intelligence, formulate a market point-of-view, partner with internal development teams to envision new services, document high-level requirements for new products & features, make build/buy/partner decisions, develop investment business cases, and develop the tools required to commercialize Verra Mobility’s portfolio of solutions. Additionally, in this role you will support the Sales, Account Management and Client Services teams in defining requirements for custom platform solutions for some of our country’s largest municipal Police Departments (PD’s) and Departments of Transportation (DOT’s).
